Welcome to Ball 'n Biscuit Catering. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you visit ballnbiscuitcatering.com or use our services. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
 

Our Services

Ball 'n Biscuit Catering provides full-service and drop-off catering for weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, and community celebrations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Specific menus, pricing, staffing, and event details are confirmed in a separate event proposal or contract between you and Ball 'n Biscuit Catering. Those event documents control if anything in them differs from what is on the website.
 

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site

• Use the site to send spam, harmful content, or unauthorized advertising

• Copy or republish content from the site for commercial use without permission
   

Bookings, Deposits, and Cancellations

All event bookings are confirmed in writing through a separate event contract. That contract includes the deposit, final guest count deadlines, cancellation terms, and any other event-specific details.

In general:

• A deposit of 25% of the total food cost or $500 is required to hold a date

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Final balance is due one week before the event

• Final guest counts are due two weeks before the event

• All cancellations must be in writing

Pricing

Menu prices on our website include food and preparation only. Pricing does not include sales tax, delivery, staffing, gratuity, facility fees, or other event-specific costs. Final pricing is confirmed in your event proposal.
 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, menus, and graphics, is owned by Ball 'n Biscuit Catering or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without our written permission.
 

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

We work hard to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences when you let us know in advance. While we take all reasonable care, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please discuss any serious allergies with us in detail before your event.
 

Photography

We may take photos of food, table settings, and event setups for our portfolio, social media, or marketing. If you would prefer we not photograph your event, please let us know in writing before your event date.
 

Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or current. Menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ball 'n Biscuit Catering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Defer to the liability clause described in your event contract.
 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
